End of Life Care

St. Patrick's Residence Nursing and Rehabilitation provides a compassionate, holistic approach to end-of-life care, for the resident and the entire family. Hospitality is one of the Core Values and is extended to our families as they journey with their loved one leaving them and transitioning into Eternity. Families who choose to be at the bedside of their loved one will be cared for as well by the Sisters and our compassionate care team in the way of nourishment and spiritual guidance during this difficult time.

God Calls Your Loved One Home...

St. Patrick’s offers an understanding and attentive pastoral staff as God calls your loved one home. The Sacrament of the Sick and bedside prayer services are available upon request. The Carmelite Sisters are always available and are “on call” 24/7 to assure that when the time comes for your loved one to go home to Heaven that they are surrounded by love and people who care about them. We understand this is a difficult time and our dedicated team is available to assist and support you and your family with all your needs, from prayers to funeral arrangements.  Families are invited to have funeral services in our lovely chapel.
