St. Patrick’s Residence is more than a nursing home and rehabilitation facility. It is Home to 209 elderly individuals, many of whom have lived long, productive, exciting and fulfilling lives. We are also proud to be a part of a fast-growing community where we are invited to take part in many of the events and festivities. There is always something newsworthy at St. Patrick’s, from children donating the proceeds from their walk-a-thon, to a St. Patrick’s resident celebrating 100 years of life. Guild Mystery Boxes Drawing
Monday, March 17th
The Guild of St. Patrick’s is excited to continue the tradition of the Party at Mom’s House with 10 mystery boxes valued at least $500 or more. You won’t know which box might be yours until a resident draws the names on Monday, March 17th. You can purchase your tickets for $25 each or improve your chances by buying more than one, or even completing the entire page for $300. Winners do not need to be present.

Telligen’s Blue Ribbon
We’re excited to share with our friends and followers that St. Patrick's Residence has received Telligen’s Blue Ribbon in COVID-19 Vigilance award and has been added to Telligen’s Illinois's 2021 Blue Ribbon in COVID-19 Vigilance Recognition List!
Nursing homes on the recognition list have met criteria developed around the safety of their staff and residents. This includes completing a COVID-19 preparedness assessment and achieving a staff COVID-19 vaccination rate of 85% or greater and a resident COVID-19 vaccination rate of 95% or greater.

We're proud to announce St. Patrick's has once again been named to the Illinois National Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative Honor Roll! This award recognizes our performance on Nursing Home Compare long-stay quality measures.
